I did what I planned to over the last week, which was especially good given the interruptions the previous weekend and likelihood of further interruptions this weekend.
At the very least, I managed to get through my 5km today, against all odds! By ‘all odds’ I mean ‘toe cramps in both feet’. I’m now eating a banana, to up my potassium, and also because that looks so sexy, right?
