One of my favourite easy meals
(of my vast array of favourite food-related things) is something I picked up from my dad when I was a kid. When you have some leftover pasta in sauce that isn’t enough to make a meal on its own, or you just want to add some protein, warm it up in a pan and then cook in some beaten eggs.
